Here's a fruit-based meat sauce created especially for our festive spring Lamb Chops. Preparation is simple; the taste is elegant.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar-free or all-fruit apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 

Directions

step 1Place all ingredients into a small glass bowl and whisk together until smooth.
step 2Serve with our Lamb Chops or with fresh vegetables.
