Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana (peeled)
  • 8 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 8 oz. soy milk
 

Directions

step 1Combine all ingredients in the blender and purée until smooth.
step 2Drink immediately.

add milled flax seed - yummy - and each 2 tbsp. (one serving) contains 2600 mg of omega 3 oils, 3 grams of protein; also has calcium, iron, fiber, AND it's delicious. This recipe would be good with a couple of tbsp. of honey too!

i made this smoothie and it good then i had other fruit and i had my son and his wife stop by so i made it again and added it to cool whip and then put it in a bowl with other fruit around it and they can dip the fruit they like it
