Southwest Turkey Breasts with Avocado Salsa

Southwest Turkey Breasts with Avocado Salsa

Make your BBQ light and healthy with low-fat turkey breasts by native Texan Chef James Brockman.

James swears that grilling brings out the turkey's smoky sweet flavor, perfectly complemented here by his Chunky Avocado Salsa. The kick from the jalapeno is optional; for a spicy minty flavor pile on the cilantro.
