Watermelon Ginger Slush

Luscious enough for dessert, easy enough for the kids to make! This slush is just fresh watermelon, crushed ice, and ginger!
Odd combo, you say? Once you taste the ginger, you'll never want to eat watermelon without it! Leave out the limes and honey, and this cooling refresher is even easier to make!

- 4 cups watermelon (seeded and peeled flesh)
- 1-inch piece ginger (peeled and chopped) or ½ teaspoon powdered ginger
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 2 cups crushed ice
step 1Divide the ingredients in half and combine.
step 2In two batches, puree all ingredients until slushy.
step 3Serve immediately!
