Try this marvelous twist on ordinary chicken and potatoes. Prep is done in 10 minutes! When you’re ready for an incredibly tasty homemade meal, grab it from the freezer and throw it into the slow cooker.

Ingredients

¼ cup

extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp

Dijon mustard

1 tbsp

fresh rosemary, chopped

½ tsp

salt

¼ tsp

ground black pepper

small russet potatoes, cubed

boneless, skinless chicken breasts


directions

To marinate

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk to combine olive oil, mustard, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and chicken and toss until evenly coated.

Step 2

Pour into a Ziploc® brand bag, seal, and store in the freezer.

To cook

Step 1

Thaw and pour the contents of the Ziploc® brand bag into a slow cooker.

Step 2

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
