Become a grill master with this easy burger cheat sheet. It takes the guesswork out of grilling, whether you like your burgers rare or well done. Now you can be the star of the cookout and make custom burgers to order for family and friends. Don’t invite too many people though, or you’ll never get a chance to eat!

Heat your grill to 450°F.
Form the meat into ¼ pound patties. You can use a burger stamp if you have one to make sure your patties are even.
Follow our easy grilling guide below based on how you like your burgers:
Rare: 3 minutes per side. Inside temperature: 120°-125°F
Medium Rare: 4 minutes per side. Inside temperature: 130°-135°F
Medium: 5 minutes per side. Inside temperature: 140°-145°F
Medium Well: 6 minutes per side. Inside temperature: 150°-155°F
Well Done: 7+ minutes per side. Inside temperature: 160°F+
