Miso Butter

Asian seasoning and spicy sriracha add a kick to corn on the cob.

Ingredients

1 stick

unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp

miso (seasoning made with fermented soybeans that can be found in the Asian section of most grocery stores)

1 tsp

orange juice

2 drops

of sriracha or other hot sauce


directions

Step 1

To make, simply puree all above ingredients in a food processor.

Step 2

Spoon into a bowl and serve in your corn on the cob toppings bar along with parsley-garlic sauce and parmesan-lime spread.
