Here’s our version of Argentinian Chimichurri sauce. It’s great for a fun burst of flavor on corn on the cob at cookouts. Parsley-garlic sauce is good on meat too!

Ingredients

¾ cup

loosely packed parsley leaves

cloves chopped garlic

⅓ cup

extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp

lemon juice

salt to taste

Step 1

To make, simply puree all above ingredients in a food processor.

Step 2

Spoon into a bowl and serve in your corn on the cob toppings bar along with miso butter and parmesan-lime spread.
